An Old Grudge

A phone call from an old army buddy pulls archaeologist Danny out of his dig into a murder investigation. Who would stab a teacher and deliberately leave an open Bible in the victim's hand?

The attractive widow from downstairs shows up at Danny's door with an odd manuscript. Why would anybody maintain a list of names in ancient Hebrew writing, carefully recopying it generation after generation? Why is Jesus on that list?

By the time Danny connects the hit list with the murder, and realizes that the feud between Saul and David has lasted over three thousand years, he's become a target himself.
