Senior year, and all that it entails, is in full swing as Willow Flynn struggles to make some of the most important decisions of her life; where to go to college, what to major in. At the same time, she tries to strike a balance as she juggles her school work, her job, her friends, and most importantly, her boyfriend, Michael. After his life-saving lung transplant, Willow relishes every minute she is able to spend with him. Complicating things is the fact that Michael doesn’t attend Portland High, so their time together is more limited than either of them would like.
Michael offers a solution to their problem, but Willow objects to his outrageous idea. Not only is the timing wrong, but Willow knows her overly strict mother would never go for it. Willow needs to prioritize her goals before college, to ensure a future with her boyfriend after it.
But even the best-laid plans have a way of crumbling when life, with all its uncertainties, happens to even the most prepared.
