All out war has begun. The key issue was common enough for warfare; this time was no different. Who will rule the humans in corporate space? Skirmish after skirmish has been fought, each time bringing the enemy closer. Now, the line of action has finally entered their own backyard. Warships are pitted against each other in a no holds barred fight to the death. Both sides are committed, both sides are determined. Yet only one side can be fated to win. When one side has their every last resource available tied to the struggle, could a clear win even be seen as a long term victory? So much might be destroyed, so many lives lost. Yet, even against all odds it's not like human nature for anyone to admit defeat. Facing heavy losses, both forces continue to battle on. The saga began with Double Take. A simple life, set in a futuristic world outside of old earth's influence. Even in space, human nature can and sometimes does intrude. Then Second Take boldly took the adventure even further. Even in the worst of times bravery can exist and shine through. That doesn't mean enemies don't exist, or that they can be ignored. Following up with Gamble Taken began the struggle with those enemies. Some dangers have to be faced head on, the war had begun. Engagements were fought with mounting tolls, each closer to home. Finally, the conclusion of that war, Final Take. When evil looks you in the face, it never pays to cower. Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/finalTake/
