Get Spicy "How to mix herbs & spices"

Daniele Valeri, born in Italy on 29th March 1980 in
Arzachena (OT) in the north-eastern Sardinia. This
project aims to thank my family, friends and
colleagues who have tasted my cocktails and lived
some good time with. Now I'd like to show a path and
look at what I've left behind by sharing with you a lot
of my drinks, mixed by flavors and smells of herbs and
spices, born from love I feel for good cooking.
My purpose is to create an unexpected contrast of
flavors, colors and sizes. Nothing is as it seems, the
idea is to provoke, surprise and delight. What matters
to me is to convey passion and enthusiasm through a cocktail.
