There are so many different types of diets doing the rounds. Most of them tell you the same thing in different ways because the science of weight loss remains the same- eat less, burn more!

Despite solid scientific research and strong laboratory studies, most of these diets fail in real life. Their practitioners fail to notice any visible difference and give up after some time.

Why does it happen?


It happens because in theory, eating "healthier foods" instead of junk delicious snacks in quite easy. In practice, it is quite difficult. There is temptation all around. There is also the fact that a common layman cannot easily differentiate between a "healthy" food and "unhealthy" meal. Portion control is easier said than done.

This is where the HMR diet comes in.


It takes the guesswork out of dieting and weight loss. With suggested meal plans, pre-prepared meals and nutritional snacks, the only effort required on your part is looking onto the chart and eating the prescribed meal.
