Testimony

Sometimes I will be thrown the provocative “how much is your wealth worth” question, to which I will always answer with a provocative "I don't know"... I don't know if it's even assessable: my number one wealth has always been to know what life I wish to live without letting myself be influenced or manipulated by the interests and speculations of my surroundings.

I am content with remaining worthy in the face of my own values. As long as I can remember, I've always wanted to write. I don't worry about the numbers and the periods separating them on my bank account. The one and only thing I worry about is living life to the fullest from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed. Life, vast and full of variety, daily offers thousands of opportunities for success.

It is more by manners than by shyness that I stay away from the sparkles of luxury. I stay in the shade and enjoy the simple pleasures in life instead of attracting attention. I move along at my own pace, in silence, never hurrying, never resting. This is what I wish upon all readers now conscious of the central role they play in their own lives: to move along their paths, never hurrying, never resting, discovering themselves. We are never done walking.

The path is demanding, the ways are multiple, the references are numerous. And, once again, like with happiness, there is nothing to understand or to decipher outside ourselves if we haven't first felt the vibration within. Strength, patience and courage: confident, open minded.
