Johnny has rock and roll dreams. He has one problem though, he sucks. But his lack of musical ability is about to change drastically when he encounters a very special guitar, a gold top Les Paul. It has special powers unbeknownst to him. So with the guitar of his dreams in hand, he is ready to reach for the stars. But someone else has other ideas, for the psychotic man that made it desperately wants it back. His name is silent Joe Pacifico, and he is willing to do anything to possess it. Anything! A cross-country ride ensues taking silent Joe to Peril, Pennsylvania where Johnny lives. Ready to claim what is rightfully his, the guitar bandit invades Johnny's house only to find that the prized guitar seems to like it there. Will he kill to get it? Will the guitar kill to stay?
