Each book in the series covers a different medical situation. In this book, six-year- old Hunter will help you will learn about diabetes and diabetic emergencies.
As an Advanced EMT and volunteer firefighter, I've seen plenty of medical emergencies. I've also seen where young children were the ones that stepped up as the hero. This book is designed for children ages 8–10 but is beneficial for all ages. It's inspired by a true story that happened between my then 6-yr-old son and my dad.
