Ozma of Oz

The third book from a famous Oz series of L. Frank Baum – popular american author whose works were brought to the stage and to the screen, also his works, which was written at the beginning of the 20th century anticipated many things which appeared many years later, such as augmented reality, laptop computers, wireless telephones and who knows, may be they contain even more predictions! The first Oz book there the action takes place outside of Land of Oz till the last chapters. Dorothy was caught in a storm at sea and swept overboard with a hen named Billina. They wash ashore in the Land of Ev, a country across the desert from Oz, and they found something to eat on a lunch pail tree, but this land prove to be not as hospitable, as in the beginning they will meet new friends and new enemies and Dorothy even will be locked in a tower.
