Remembrance of Love

Fate had thrown them together on the island of Mauritius; a man preparing himself to face the inevitable, and a woman tormented by guilt after the death of a lifelong friend.

Liz needed to come to terms with the past. She also needed to get away to a place where she could rest and do nothing other than laze in the sun and enjoy the local cuisine.
Joel didn’t have much time left at his disposal and he needed the tranquillity of the island to tie up the loose ends of his life.
