Teenage betrayals on Willow Island are not the typical childish ways but spooky and unthinkable. Secrets of the Betrayed follows the story of young teenagers that are sent to a boot camp because of some bad things that they have done. They are not able to share what they have done to anyone, but why they have been sent there is not what anyone will think.

Sammie, Trevor, and Emma are best friends and are all sent to the same boot camp, and when they get there, they meet some others that convince them to escape to Willow Island with them. When they do, they find out that they all have been sent there for the same situation, and that doesn't make it any better, especially when they meet Carrie.
