Sweden which is officially referred to as the Kingdom of Sweden is part of the Scandinavian group of countries, which are situated in the Northern part of Europe. It derived its name from an old English word “Sweopeod” which meant ‘people of the Swedes. Sweden is known to be a country based on culture, history, and geography.
