Sometimes evil is born and not created, from a loving house a true and unique monster is born. Steven lived in a house with his dead parents, events force him to leave his known and familiar surroundings and so he is unleased upon the world. His long-time friend's life is also changed radically and the combined sets cruel and twisted pendulums swinging. With blood in your mouth is a story of a twisted young man's view of the world, his journey through life as he leaves bodies and cruelty in his wake. He is plagued by dreams of the unthinkable and in life he is even worse. As good and bad intertwine the lines sometimes becomes blurred.
