凡人体受寒冷侵袭，引起局部血脉凝滞，皮肤肌肉损伤的疾患，称冻疮。冻疮的发生是感受严寒潮湿为重要因素，同时体质的虚弱，耐寒性差，易受寒邪侵袭，导致经络阻塞，气血凝滞而成。本病的治疗以外治为主，气血虚弱者内治以调补气血，温经通络，气血未虚者用和营活血，温经通络。
